Juan arrived on time and soft washed my mother’s roof and told me if any problem he come back to treasure the roof. I hired him to do two rental properties and he done an excellent job from top to bottom. One house was going to have painted look so good I don’t think I have to paint it. Great job Juan. Price was great and so was the service. Will hire again.
Juan and his team did an excellent job washing our house and walkways. In the past it would have taken me a lot of time and frustration climbing up and down a ladder doing it on my own and it wouldn’t have looked nearly as good as it did when Juan was finished. But that isn’t the best part. One of our walkways is brick and the pressure washer exposed some weak spots in the mortar. Juan came out on his own time and repaired the mortar. I really appreciate the work and plan to use Dynamic Services in the future.

Very professional. Came out very quick to look at the project for a quote, had the quote to me in the same day, price was very reasonable. DS came out and got the job done in less than 2 full days, cleaned up after themselves and did not leave trash. Mr. Rios was very professional and courteous and easy to deal with, very responsive and I would definitely hire them again! This project was not a small or easy project and they rocked it!!
